How do I see the webinar recordings or videos?
If you are a parent, teacher or student of a school who has bought the webinar service or video packs you will have been sent an email. This email should have in it your school password. If you have not received that password contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have that password follow the steps below. You will only have to do steps 1-4 once, then you will be a member. If you are already a member go to step 5.
1. Click on the Members Area, in either of these places on the Home page.
2. This will take you to the members area.
Click on log in.
3. This will take you to a signup page.
Click on sign up
4. This will take you to a login page.
Enter your email address and a password of your choosing, click login
5. This will take you to back to this page, but it will now have the start of your email address here.
Click on webinars & videos
6. Click on your school or college, please note your password will only work for your institution.
Click on your school or college
7. This is where you put in your school password - it usually starts nn......... then click go and you will see all the webinar recordings or videos for your school.
type in your SCHOOL password starting nn....
Once you have become a member you will only need to log in, from step 5 in future.
